I did have a real problem with I was checking in. The staff was stating that my Credit Card would not go through. The card was good and after addtional staff intervene, they ended up calling the company. My phone did not work in the room and I had to get another one that did. Finally, the carpet in the room had paint and other material on the floor. This took away from the room overal look.
